I’m Eva Enns, the baker, cake-decorating instructor, and the creator behind Baking with Eva. I love teaching how to create beautiful whipped cream cakes confidently from home.
For years, I’ve loved decorating cakes with whipped cream. It’s the style that feels most natural to me, and the one I’ve perfected over time. After many requests from people wanting to learn my techniques, I created my Whipped Cream Cake Decorating Course, where I guide students step-by-step through everything from piping to assembling and decorating professional-looking cakes.
Here on my website, I sometimes share a few of my favorite baking recipes. Simple, everyday things I love making at home that I hope will inspire you. But the full teaching, detailed tips, and in-depth tutorials all live inside my course, where I can walk students through the process more clearly and personally.
How I got started
My love for decorating began when I was young. I admired pretty cakes and dreamed of being able to make them myself one day. At 15, I had the chance to participate in a cake decorating workshop! I fell in love with the creativity, the colors, the piping and the joy of creating whipped cream cake art.
Over time, I started sharing my cakes online, simply because I loved creating them and wanted to share them. I never expected people to enjoy my videos as much as they did, but the response encouraged me to keep going. What began as a small creative outlet slowly grew into something much bigger and that’s when the idea of creating a complete cake-decorating course became real, and eventually turned into what I do today.
What I do today
Today, my main focus is teaching others how to decorate cakes with whipped cream. What started as a simple love for creating pretty cakes has grown into a full online course where I guide students step-by-step through everything from baking cakes to confidently decorating their own cakes at home. I love making the process simple and approachable, especially for busy moms and girls to create something beautiful without feeling overwhelmed.
Outside of my course, I still enjoy sharing little pieces of my baking world, whether that’s a recipe I’ve been loving lately, something I’m experimenting with in my kitchen, or just small updates from behind the scenes. My website is a place where I can keep everything in one space: a bit of my story, helpful resources, and occasional treats for anyone who loves baking.
